Error: 1856, 1858
Description:
- The magnetic brake switches from two braking stages to one braking stage too late, or does not switch at all. The switchover must occur no later than when a 1 m difference in height occurs between the calculated height and the actual height.
Response:
- Driving speed reduction v = 2.5 km/h
Cause:
- Traction rev sensor is faulty
- Height measuring system faulty
- The auxiliary lift height determined is not correct.
- The weight sensor delivers an incorrect signal.
- Internal FZS error
Remedy:
- Check the wiring for the rev sensor.
- Check the signals from the traction motor rev sensor.
- Replace the height measuring system
- Check the incremental transducer of the auxiliary lift height measure.
- Check the weight sensor.
- Replace the FZS.

Error: 4255, 4256, 4257, 4258
Description:
- Antenna CAN bus error
Response:
- Emergency off, only in IZF automatic mode of operation
Cause:
- Timeout when initialising antenna 0 to 3.
Remedy:
- Reset by switching the industrial truck off and then on again.
- Check the CAN bus for the antennas.
- Replace antenna and controller.
