Correct.
This parameter enables the ability to lock and unlock the Electrical Steering Column Lock (ESCL). The parameter shall be enabled when the cab has been docked to the chassis. Once enabled, the function can not be disabled using this parameter.

FALSE = ESCL locking/unlocking functionality disabled
TRUE = ESCL locking/unlocking functionality enabled

Рассказываю, купил ноут, купил китайматик, натянул сначала PTT 2.8.51 c базами 2021 года. Базы не подошли. Натянул PTT 2.8.202 c базами 2023 года. Сегодня или завтра попробую. Еще есть вопросы?

Я человек думающий. Кирпичи на колесах - это не мое.

Весь цимес в том, что можно отключить блокировку параметрами, чтобы ошибку не било и старт был, но если блок блокировки руля сам погорел - необходимо снять и спилить шток блокировки.
