I don't have a photo, but I can tell you that the first 4 rows had 5 pads, the last 4 pads. I put a photo of the pcb with desoldered memory. It didn't work, maybe a bad soldier or overheated.

Did you use zif adapter 6*8mm 5x5 dip8 for bga24? What result of read? I am waiting my adapter came order for make read of data from it. But I see this photo and think and I can try needles without dismantling (remove) bga.
