For old W204 IC software

a. Connect to IC_204
b. Press F12 for manual coding
c. Request message: 22 01 08 (press "Send") => Response: 62 01 08 XX XX ("30 00" example) (write geted response for go back if some trouble)
d. Request message: 2E 01 08 XX XX ("32 00" ("30&2" set bit 2 to 1 in the last hex value, but if the rest liter is not coded its the same thing as sum 2 to the value.)) (press "Send") => 62 01 08 XX XX
("30 00" will change only after HR)
e. Make hard reset
f. Request message: 22 01 08 => 62 01 08 XX XX ("32 00" now the new value)
