If you look closer to hw of each GW from index C ( not C index but higher ) is diferent chips ant other parts of desk than index C and lower.
And about drain battery from radio unit you can solve it by flashing GW to other SW. So you willn't have sw 40 after flash. Here is TPI about it it will aolve drain battery from rns510
