Если патч dosn't работать следуйте инструкциям в руководстве........^^
After u download the patch
Double click on it>>>Enter password>>>Restart your computer>>Go open EPC and data card will work
THis patch work with english version of windows xp , 7 32-bit
If patch dont work for any reason or u have 64-bit version
1- Make New folder>>put the patch inside it >>>>right click on the patch
2-Extract here
3-copy the files to C:\Program Files\EWA net\webapps\EWA-net\WEB-INF\classes\com\hp\tis\ewo
4-replace the files there
5-press ctrl+alt+del>>>>taskmanager>>>processes>>>mark show "processes from all users">>>
6-look at and select process "tomcat.exe">>>>>end process
7-back to the new folder
8-selsect file Subpat>>>>Extract here>>>u will see file extracted commonlic.dll
7-copy "commonlic.dll" to c:\program files\EWA net\server\lib and replace it
8- restart your computer
