Scope of supply
XENTRY Diagnostics EU is obtained upon initial ordering as a package in the form of a starter kit and thereby allows the use of your laptop as a diagnostic system.
Content of the XENTRY Diagnostics EU starter kit:
A SDconnect diagnosis multiplexer including a power supply unit fitted with a plug compatible with the standard electrical outlets present in the country of use, test adapters and number clips (Important Note: The multiplexer will be made available during the period covered by the lease contract. Upon expiration of this contract, it must be returned to Daimler AG in the same storage case in which it was originally supplied.)
An OBD cable
A USB2LAN adapter and a LAN connection cable for SDconnect
An application/data DVD/Blu-ray Disk including documentation supporting installation on Windows PCs as well as an update service in force for the period of the contract.
Acquisition of regular updates of applications and data and
Option to use online services as well as support.
Contract period and flat-rate fee:
Contract period of three years
Contract period ends automatically (no extension, only new contract possible)
Sending of the starter kit upon ordering and payment of the first flat-rate fee (for hardware rental, online operating costs and support)
Annually occurring flat-rate fees, including extending the acquisition of updates and services as well as updating access authorization (StartKey)
Automatic storage of the flat-rate fees in the TechInfo Shop
Payment of the flat-rate fees via credit card in the TechInfo Shop
Return of the multiplexer upon the end of the contract period

Scope of supply
The initial order of XENTRY Pass Thru EU includes an application/data DVD or Blu-ray disc incl. application documentation for installation on Windows PCs with an update service during the contract period.

The first system DVD will be shipped upon receipt of an order for it along with payment of a flat-rate usage fee covering online-operating costs and support for one year. After the first year of use, the right to continue to use XENTRY Pass Thru EU can be extended for the period of one year at a time. This right is acquired through payment of an additional annual flat-rate usage fee, which entitles the user to continued provision of regular updates (application and data) and the continued right to use online services and receive support.

Important Note:
Please note that XENTRY Pass Thru EU may only be ordered by users whose location of business is within the European Union (EU). Users whose location of business is in Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway and Switzerland (EFTA countries) may not acquire XENTRY Pass Thru EU.
