When encountered with INSITE 7.6 and greater, our INSITE Tech support team has determined
troubleshooting steps to follow prior to calling the help desk.
„ Users should reinstall INSITE, both .NET 4 packages (Extended and Client), Access DB
2007 Engine, and VC++2005 SP1 package.
„ Just repairing these packages doesn’t always fix the problem.
„ It is highly recommended you uninstall all packages before reinstalling them.
„ Be sure INSITE is the last package you reinstall in this process.
„ All packages stated are available from the Microsoft download site.
