I was just guessing your problem...didn't know what version you are using. So..check what Patrian said but before of that go back to StarUtilities and check if you still have a valid key inside Xentry field...try to save that one again. About the Xentry timeout fix...there are few versions of that...some of those require to back up your system date and apply the fix. But first of all try what tkinyan said...this will be the easy way..if it is working.
