Anyone who updated using the Full Install (button in Agent Lite) before the reversion (midday 12/10/24) should have no issues and need to take no further action.
In the meantime, as a countermeasure, please perform the following;- Delete GTS+ (do not delete Agent Lite)
- Reboot PC
- Launch Agent Lite and use the Full Install button to reinstall GTS+
- Reboot PC
- GTS+ should now be working as designed with 2024.03.004.02 (previous version)
- If any issues persist, please use F12 or Info Center to submit an error report at the time of the error.
The latest version 2024.04.004.02 will be re-released ASAP.
