With this ICOM, my plan is the following (Every values are with resistors soldered on PCB) :

1. R15 : 26 ohms (should be 52 ohms) // NOT NEEDED > normal values as there are 2 resistors in parallel
2. R101 : 7 kohms (should be 22 kohms) // REPLACE > Measure in cricuit seems to be normal as other members reported
3. R102 : 6.9 kohms (should be 10 kohms) // NOT NEEDED > Measure in cricuit seems to be normal as other members reported
4. R119 : 1 kohms (should be 1 kohms) // REPLACE > Measure 1kohms while soldered but 10kohms unsoldered
5. R156 : 230 ohms (should be 70 ohms) // REPLACE > Switch with R155
6. R155 : 70 ohms (should be 230 ohms) // REPLACE > Switch with R156
7. R178 : 1.48 kohms (should be 10 kohms) // REPLACE > Switch with R179
8. R179 : 10.33 kohms (should be 1.4 kohms) // REPLACE > Switch with R178
9. R195 : 0.5 ohms (should be 38 kohms) // REPLACE
10. R233 : 7.66 kohms (should be 47 kohms) // REPLACE
11. R280 : 12.86 kohms (should be 38 kohms) // REPLACE
12. R285 : 12.81 kohms (should be 38 kohms) // REPLACE
13. R292 : 230 ohms (should be 70 ohms) // REPLACE > Switch with R293
14. R293 : 70 ohms (should be 230 ohms) // REPLACE > Switch with R292
15. Modify S/N (Serial Number) in 24C02 EEPROM to something like or higher number : "1801201", "1801202", "1801203", etc ...
16. Restore ICOM using USB RESTORE procedure
17. <<OPTIONAL>> Check and repair button if not working to get USB RESTORE procedure working
18. Once ICOM is showing "A2" in model field + correct S/N (Serial Number) > Flash to latest firmware version for SYSTEM and APPLICATION images

Do you think I'm missing something ?
