Цель - изменить ID на виртуальной машине с 253 на 252. После этого возможна активация.

0) First make sure you full shutdown VM - by going to windows and shutdown from inside your Mercedes VM - this way its clean
1) First make sure you are referencing the correct VMX file - double-check from the VMware menu that the file and directory for your location is correct (easy check)
2) Second make sure you try adding monitor_control.restrict_backdoor = "true" to the bottom of the vmx file type by hand, just in case copy-paste from forum results in the wrong type of quotation marks being used or some other type of copy paste error.

3) If the line is fully correct, and still having trouble try adding the following to the end of your VMX file.
monitor_control.virtual_rdtsc = "false"
monitor_control.restrict_backdoor = "true"
isolation.tools.getPtrLocation.disable = "true"
isolation.tools.setPtrLocation.disable = "true"
isolation.tools.setVersion.disable = "true"
isolation.tools.getVersion.disable = "true"
monitor_control.disable_directexec = "true"
