Error1856, Error1858
Description: - The switchover of the magnetic brake from two braking stages to one occurs too late
or not at all. The switchover must occur no later than when a 1 m difference in height
occurs between the calculated height and the actual height.
Response: - Driving speed reduction v = 2.5 km/h.
Possible
cause:
- Traction speed sensor defective.
- The actual value signal from the height measuring system actual value potentiometer
is not correct.
- The auxiliary lift height determined is not correct.
- The weight sensor delivers an incorrect signal.
- Internal FZS error.
Remedy: - Check the speed sensor wiring.
- Check the signals of the traction motor speed sensor.
- Check the actual value signal of the height measuring system actual value potentiometer
at FZS.
- Check the auxiliary lift height measurement of the incremental transducer.
- Check the weight sensor.
- Replace the FZS.
