Only normal Apci can be updated online.
You need developer PTT account login to update Apci+ data online from VOLVO SERVER IT'S very expensive
All Developer Tools are the same. no matter what they call it "drunk tool" "fuck tool" or "devtool" is about to read the ".sdf" file.
Just change the password inside. Make it suitable with Apci+.
