When you put right parameters (ZDC or XML) error should dissapear, no need for calibration if it was already done.

Indeed, for 8T0907566A there are ZDC files for A4 and A5, but not for Q5.
But if you upload one of those ZDCs on Q5, you have to phisically swap sides of units (Master <-> Slave) and then it will...

If you do only wiring for mirrors, you will see blind spot as it should, but when use turn signals you will get opposite indications.
