is really need update 5.0 ELSAWIN

i am installing new version of elsawin the 5.0 and 5.1 but from the installer i see that it uses sqlserver, i do not want to install sql server im my pc, do i really need 5.0 or 5.1 to have last audi and vw updates?

no You can also use 4.1 for latest updates

better staying in 4.1 if the base dvds works fine, sql in my crappy computer is another service eating memory.
