Hi Isstay here.
I am originally from Bulgaria but moved to USA 14 years ago. Sorry for the English, but for some reason WIN7 Bulgarian typewriter doesn't cooperate well with this vBulletin version. Other than that I can understand all of you guys. Seems like this forum has lots of info, just that rule of 15 messages kind of bugs me because I can't even send my first message since I do not have any of them.
