eCOM SN 2xxxxx with Vediamo and DTS monaco

I bought eCOM, but have SN 2XXXX..

SDConnect CAN SEE IT.. But I CAN NOT CONNECT with VEDIAMO or DTS moanco!

Someone of you know how to config this?
