Если залез васей и что то менял, тогда тебе дорога в папку DEBUg в файлы истори coding.txt и adapt.txt

Customer statement:

• The heating intermittently does not supply warm air, although the knob for temperature selection is on "Warm" and the engine has reached its operating temperature.

• Intermittently no cold air, although the knob is on "Cold".

• The temperature and the air distribution cannot intermittently be changed.

• The air conditioning intermittently does not work, although the LED in the AC button is on.

Workshop findings:

• One or several of the customer statements can be reproduced.

Technical background

The system voltage can increase. As a result, the actuators/functions of the air conditioning are switched off. This affects the temperature selection, air distribution, circulation air operation and compressor control.

Manual air conditioning (PR number KH6) and Climatic (PR number 9AP) are affected.

The following points must be observed before the update.

• VAS PC: The Volkswagen brand CD from version 19.15.00 and the basic CD version 19.00 or higher must be installed.

• Offboard diagnostic information system service: The Offboard diagnostic information system service patch version 1.1.0 and the baseline version 1.1915.0 or higher must be installed.

• Make sure that a battery charger is connected to the vehicle battery.

The online update of the control units via SVM (Software Version Management) can only be performed with a networked Offboard diagnostic information system service/VAS PC tester. The column "online from week*" shows from when the software is available.

You also receive the new software with the update DVD software adaptation for control units. To find out the DVD from which the software is available, refer to the Software DVD column. Even with the DVD an online connection is necessary (insert DVD and start update via SVM).

The procedure for updating is described under:

• VAS PC: guided fault finding -> functions/component selection.

• Offboard diagnostic information system service: diagnosis -> special functions

After the software update the filtered outside temperature value can be on 0°C. If the compressor cut-off condition "outside temperature too low" is logged, the value must be accepted as follows:

• Vehicle self-diagnosis

• Select diagnosis function

• Select final control diagnosis

• Select acceptance of unfiltered outside temperature

• Enter and accept control time value 1

• Start final control diagnosis
