s25fl256 it is bga. Did you replace bga from s to m camera?
Do you have photo of guides under bga? I want to know paths next to bga for SPI connection.

For now, you have no chance to recover your camera by flashing over odis. you have to wait a newer firmware. Q, M or R any of them do not help you. For example, after flashing from Q to S, encoding does not fly away. But after L to S encoding flies way. So there must be a newer firmware and bigger file size that makes all coding fly way.
