Audi 3 2009 год DSG 7 ступка. Бредовая ситуация: в мехатронике нет давления, обороты мотора норма. Снимаю мехатрон, запускаю на столе, насос включился давление норма. Ставлю на машину один раз может включиться нормально (закачать давление) потом такое ощущение что мотор насоса стартует в обратную сторону и стравливает давление. Ошибка только по давлению. Первый раз такой бред.

Проверь преды на мехатроник. SB2-30A, SB5-15A. может с ними беда. А вообще замена мехатроника.

Нет, все исправно. Мотор насоса запускается давление "0".

Еще вопрос, как можно установить БУ мехатрон?

На конкретный тип КПП идет конкретный мехатроник, разница в расширении номера(4 знака после основного номера). Хотя ставили для тестов и с другими номерами, правда не надолго, до недели. В идеале искать со своим номером.

You have to replace the whole mechatronics. The message that has appeared means that it has gone to safe mode, because there is too much pressure to move the valves of the gear levers and the valves of the double-clutch levers. There is a new generation of mechatronics which have optimized the specific problem.

Technical background

Because of incorrect Mechatronics components the 30A fuse (SB-2) in the fuse holder B can blow, disrupting the power supply of the Mechatronics.

1. Check the fuse SB-2 (30A.) for the Mechatronics power supply (J743) according to the current flow diagram. If the fuse is incorrect, replace it.

2. Check the system again. If the complaint is fixed, replace the Mechatronics according to the repair manual.

After a gear lever change the vehicle has no propulsion and the gear display in the dash insert flashes.

There are no entries and the customer complaint cannot be reproduced.

Technical background

The soft shift lock is a safety function to prevent the vehicle from pulling away unintentionally. It is activated, if the speed is under 3 km/h and the driver holds the gear lever for 0.5 seconds in the intermediate positions P-R, R-N and N-D without operating the brake. If the soft shift lock has been activated, the gear display of the affected gear flashes in the dash insert. The soft shift lock can be released by moving the gear lever to P or N. After selecting the driving mode (R, D, S) the vehicle can be driven again.

Production change

Measure

An activation of the soft shift lock can be reproduced with measured value block (MVB) 55 for the driver registration procedure. Read MVB 55 with the tester. If the soft shift lock is activated, a value over 0 is shown on bit 4 in display value 55/3 .

Vehicle judders when pulling away. The gear changes are implausible.

For this TPI to apply the following entries must also be logged:

P072C (21066) – gear 1 not adjustable

P073F (21086) – synchronisation gear 1 failed

P189A (21186) – clutch 1, free play too small


There must not be any other entries.

Technical background

The clutch free play K1 is too small, because of premature wear adjustment.

If the complaint is confirmed, replace the multiple clutch according to the repair manual. The gearbox production date can be checked via the measured value block 84 in the gearbox control unit or read directly on the gearbox. Illustration 1

У тебя новерное возможны следующие проблемы. Сгорел мехатрон. Вышел из строя насос гидравлики. Проверь давление по 30 каналу.

Да, неисправность была в эл. блоке замена мехатрона помогла.
