LEXUS LS430 2004 to 2006 (Without SMART Entry system)

Procedure
1. Open the drivers door, and key out of ignition.
2. Within 5 seconds insert and remove the key from the ignition once or twice.
3. Within 40 seconds close and open drivers door twice.
4. Insert and remove the key from ignition .
5. Close and open drivers door twice.
6. Insert key into ignition and close the drivers door.
7. Within 40 seconds switch ignition ON and OFF as follows :-
Ignition ON and OFF 1 time = ADD remote, but do not delete existing.
Ignition ON and OFF 2 times = ADD remote, but delete all existing remotes.
Ignition ON and OFF 3 times = Check how many remotes are programmed.
Ignition ON and OFF 5 times = ERASE all remote controls programmed.
8. Remove key from ignition switch.
9. The vehicle should lock and unlock the number of times the ignition was turned on and off.
10. Within 40 seconds press and hold the LOCK and UNLOCK buttons together for 1.5 seconds.
11. Within 3 seconds press and release the LOCK and UNLOCK button.
12. System should LOCK and UNLOCK to confirm programming is complete or twice to indicate a problem.
13. To exit programming insert key into ignition or close the drivers door.

Procedure (Without Smart Entry system) 2004 to 2005
1. Open drivers door, with remote control removed from ignition slot.
2. Within 5 seconds insert and remove the remote control from the slot twice.
3. Within 40 seconds close and open drivers door twice.
4. Insert and remove the remote control from the ignition slot.
5. Close and open the drivers door twice.
6. Insert the remote into the ignition slot and close the drivers door, within 40 seconds.
7. NOTE : DO NOT press the brake pedal while following the next operations.
8. Press POWER button to switch ignition ON and OFF one time to program the remote control and press the POWER
button 2 times if you wish to erase all old remotes and program in new remote controls. Press the power button on
and off 3 times to check how many remotes are programmed.
9. Remove remote control from ignition slot.
10. Within 5 seconds the system should LOCK and UNLOCK the number of times the ignition switch was pressed.
11. Within 40 seconds press and hold the LOCK and UNLOCK buttons together for 1.5 seconds.
12. Within 3 seconds press the LOCK button and the system should lock and unlock the vehicle once to confirm programming
is complete or twice if there is a problem.
13. Within 40 seconds repeat the procedure for other remote controls.
14. To exit programming mode open the drivers door.
