JPRO is an advanced tool designed for conducting thorough electronic inspections of your truck. To ensure a complete assessment, it's crucial to integrate JPRO’s electronic diagnostics with a visual preventive maintenance (PM) inspection. This combined approach delivers a detailed report, enhancing transparency and providing valuable insights for your customers.

JPRO enables a comprehensive electronic inspection by scanning various vehicle systems, helping identify issues and generate accurate diagnostic reports. To start, select the "Inspect and Report" option from the JPRO toolbar and then click the "PM Inspection" button to streamline and improve accuracy.

JPRO's Preventive Maintenance Inspection Report feature automatically captures key vehicle details such as VIN and mileage. At the bottom of the window, you'll find a checklist to guide you through the inspection. The checklist includes options like "Follow-up Required," "Reinspected and Repaired," "Reinspected," and "No Defects." You can also choose status updates like "OK," "Aligned and Serviced," and "Not Applicable," based on the truck’s needs.

Visual PM Inspection

Alongside electronic diagnostics, a visual inspection is crucial. Perform a thorough physical check of the vehicle using a detailed checklist. JPRO supports this by providing customizable reports tailored to your workshop or fleet's needs.

To customize a report:
1. Close the current window and go to Application Settings from the JPRO toolbar.
2. Click on "Settings" using the tabs at the top of the window and select "PM Inspection".
3. Load and edit the selected report as necessary.

In the Inspection Report section, review the Vehicle Inspection Report, which details the findings from the inspection. JPRO's vehicle readings are useful during the check-in process, helping you quickly identify areas needing attention or repair.

Additional Features

- Visual Inspection Tab: Add photos of the truck and notes. You can also upload additional vehicle photos.
- Signature Tab: Allows customers to sign diagnostics and repair authorizations.

Once saved, reports are automatically stored in the Vehicle History section of JPRO. To access these, disconnect the vehicle and select "Vehicle History" from the toolbar. Here, you can find all previous inspections and reports for the truck.
