i am so sorry to disturb with you. at present, some buyer don't use the device correctly to damage the device, now i will give you some tips when you use the device as follow:
1. when you connect the computer, disconnect the internet
2. don't download original devices's software or other software from forum, you just use the software we send you.
3. after installing the software, open the car's Ignition Switch-- connect the device to your car---wait led lamp light---connect usb cable to your computer
4. after the computer recongnize the usb driver, open the diagnostic software to diagnose your car and still keep the device connecting both computer and car.
